All prices on this site are in Australian Dollars and include GST. Orders from overseas do not pay GST. If you are from the UK or USA you can change the prices on the site by using the “Currency” button on the left hand side for the “Store” pages. To see how much an item will cost in your local currency we recommend the Personal Currency Assistant.
You can pay via our secure web page with your credit card, direct debit, cheque, or money order. The options are listed on the order page as you fill out the form. All commissioned works must be paid for in advance. Please see the Returns section below for more details.
Postage and Insurance
Once an order is placed you will received an email confirming the shipping costs as the site automatically calculates the fees and may not always be correct. Please request insurance or registered post in the “Comments” section of the order form.
Returns will be accepted if you e-mail or phone us within 7 days informing us of your intention to return the item/s. While no re-stocking fee applies, we will not refund postage/insurance costs and the return postage will be at your expense. Once we receive the item/s returned we will re-credit your credit card or mail you a refund cheque.
PLEASE NOTE: There is a strict NO RETURN policy on all commissioned pieces. These must be paid for before commencement of work. If there is a design you have in mind, please contact me to discuss.
